What this policy covers

This policy describes how Keepgrain collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit this site, buy from it, or write to us.

What we collect

Directly from you: your name, shipping and billing address, email, and the items you ordered. Your card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
From your use of the site: pages viewed, how you reached us, and general device and browser information.
From third parties: our payment processor and our advertising partners may tell us that an order came from a particular advertisement.

How we use it

To take and ship your order, to answer you, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and to measure and target advertising — including showing our ads to people who have visited this site.

Who we disclose it to

Only the companies that make the order or the advertising happen: our store platform, our payment processor, the logistics partner who ships your parcel, our email provider, and our analytics and advertising partners. Each one receives the minimum it needs.

⚠️ Advertising, and what the law calls a “sale” or “share”

We use advertising tools that place a cookie or a tag on this site and share usage information with the advertising platform. Under California law and several other state privacy laws, this kind of sharing for targeted advertising may be treated as a “sale” or a “share” of personal information, even though no money changes hands for your data and we never hand over a customer list.

You can opt out. Write to contact@keepgrain.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line and we will stop it for you. Turning on your browser's Global Privacy Control signal also works, and we honour it. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else about your order.

Your rights

Whatever your state law says, we apply the same rules to everyone. You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy, correct anything wrong, delete it unless we must keep an order record for tax reasons, and opt out of sharing for advertising as described above. Write to contact@keepgrain.com. We answer within 45 days, usually far sooner, we never charge for it, and we never treat you differently for asking.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else for three years from your last contact with us, then it goes.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and to measure and target advertising. Your browser settings control them, and blocking them does not stop you from ordering.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
