60 days to change your mind
Email us at contact@keepgrain.com with your order number. One sentence is enough. No photo to send, no reason to give, no restocking fee. The only two conditions are an order and sixty days from the day it was delivered.
We answer within 24 business hours and send you a prepaid return label. The return costs you nothing.
When you get your money back
Once the camera is back with us, we start your refund within 2 business days, to the original payment method.
Your bank then takes up to 10 business days to show it on your statement. That part is out of our hands, and we would rather you know it now than wonder about it later.
If something is wrong with it
If the camera arrives damaged, or stops working through no fault of yours, write to us. We replace it or refund it, and we pay the shipping both ways. This is not limited to the sixty-day window.
What we cannot take back
A camera that has been physically broken, opened, or submerged. That is the whole list.
Cancelling before it ships
As long as your order has not left, you cancel it by email, no reason needed, and we refund it in full.
