Where we ship
We ship to all fifty United States, plus DC. We do not ship internationally at this time.
When your order leaves
Your order is prepared and ships within 1–2 business days of a completed payment. You receive a tracking number on the day it leaves.
If we are ever unable to ship within that window, we email you before it passes, tell you the new date, and you decide: wait, or take a full refund. You never have to ask.
How long delivery takes
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipping.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We commit to the day we hand your parcel over, because that part is ours; the days after it are not. If a tracking number stops moving for more than a week, write to us and we will deal with the carrier so that you do not have to.
What it costs
Free tracked shipping on every order. There is no minimum and no upgrade to buy.
What's in the box
A plain outer carton, with nothing on the outside naming the product. Inside: the camera in the color you chose, a 32 GB microSD card already in place, a USB-C cable, and a quick-start guide in English.
Wrong address, refused parcel
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we refund the order in full or send it again to a corrected address, whichever you prefer. We only ask that you tell us within thirty days.
