Placing an order
An order becomes a contract when we send you the confirmation email. Until then we may decline it — for instance if the item is out of stock or the address cannot be delivered to — and we refund you in full if that happens.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The price you agree to at checkout is the price you pay; we never add anything afterwards.
Shipping and returns
Our shipping and returns policies are part of these terms. Read them: they say what we commit to and what we do not.
The product
Photographs on this site show the camera and images taken with cameras of this type. Screen appearance, lighting and printing mean colors can vary slightly from the object in your hand.
Your account and your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and email you give us. If you send us photographs or text — in a review, or by email — you keep them, and you allow us to show them alongside your first name unless you tell us otherwise.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for delivering a working camera that matches its description, and for the commitments written on these pages. We are not responsible for what you photograph, or for a carrier's delay once a parcel has left us — though we will chase it with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, where the seller is established. Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer protection law of your own state.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you ordered, and we keep the previous ones.
